ROWO is equipped with two modern Kampf slitting- and winding machines. Therefore we are capable of finishing the substrates nearly in any length/width our customers desire. One of the two machines is located in a cleanroom-like environment. As a result of this we have the ability to wind and slit substrates, which have an increased demand in regard to hygiene and cleanliness, e.g. ones that are applied in medical technology or the food industry.
An inline optical inspection system from RAM allows us to detect flaws in the coated substrates as small as 0,02 mm2 even at speeds of 400 m/min.
Therefore we are able to offer our customers controlled surfaces and best quality of slitting results.
